Gjæringen startet så vidt lørdag kveld og blupper jamt søndagen

16. desember - målt til 1006 fylt over på fat, bluppet enda litt forsiktig og var nokså ugjennomsiktig.
Setter fatene varmt til 18 - så i kjøleskap med 3 BAR CO2 - kanskje ferdig til jul 
Denne pilsen ble veldig god og blir brygget igjen om ikke så lenge
